1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, and that they are eligible to enter.

This giveaway is open to UK, US (excl NY, FL and Rhode Island), Canada (excl Quebec) and mainland EU (DE, BE, NL, AT) over the age of 18 years, other than employees and officers of the Promoter and any agency or Supplier associated with the promotion of the competition and their immediate families.
How to enter:
5. To enter the competition and obtain an entry (or "point") you must go to https://competitions.gozney.com/460182 and:
a] Provide your name and email address and Country; and
b] Sign up to receive marketing and other email communications from Gozney, Made In Cookware, Slowtide, AlumiTubs and Business & Pleasure Co. by ticking the relevant check-box in the form.
6. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted. Entry into the competition is free.
7. Entrants may earn bonus entries (or "points") per bonus task completed via the competition platform (i.e., via https://competitions.gozney.com/460182). The bonus tasks are as follows:

8. Any bonus task completed must be done through the official Vyper platform and are subject to verification. Entries from automated tools, bots, or fake accounts will be disqualified.
9. The more entries/points an Entrant obtains, the higher their chances of being drawn as the winner.
A participant with 20 entries/points has greater chances of winning, compared to a participant with 10 entries/points.
10. This is a game of chance, not of skill. One winner will be drawn.
11. The winner will be chosen at random at the Promoter's premises at 13th October 2025 by a representative of the Promoter using a random generator and will verify that it is an eligible entry. If the winner’s entry is not eligible, the draw will take place again until a winner whose entry is an Eligible Entry is randomly selected using the random generator (Prize Winner).
12. The winner will be announced on 13th October 2025.
13. The winner will be notified via email from Gozney (being the email address used to enter the competition) on 13th October 2025. There is one prize on offer. The prize is:

14.The Promoter will dispatch the prize to the winner within 3 months of being notified. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer, and the winner will be kept informed of any delays.

15. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of notification to the winner, another winner will be picked.
16. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
17. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
18. The Ts & Cs for this competition are valid in conjunction with all the other Ts & Cs laid out in the Terms & Conditions section of the www.gozney.com website.

20. Gozney reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control or vary the terms.
21.In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply the Prize, or any part thereof, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
22. The Promoter, Made In Cookware, Alumi Tubs, Slowtide and Business & Pleasure collect personal information about entrants as part of entering the competition. By participating in the competition, each entrant consents to disclosing their personal information to the Promoter, Made In Cookware, Alumi Tubs, Slowtide and Business & Pleasure, and each of the Promoter, Made In Cookware, Alumi Tubs, Slowtide and Business & Pleasure using and disclosing their personal information to the relevant authorities in the relevant States, their related entities and any agencies and other third parties engaged to provide services in connection with the competition for the following purposes:
